This one was prompted by a question from one of my coaching clients who asked how to create space in her life for the things she knows is important, instead of always putting other people first. Figured this might be helpful for lots of other people, too!
Having healthy boundaries is absolutely essential to your own well being, and your ability to help others. If you don’t take care of yourself, first, you’re not going to be much good to anyone else; let alone yourself!
Leave a comment and let us know what your experiences with boundaries (or lack thereof) has been like, and what you’ve done to address it in the comments section at the bottom of the page!
Hope you enjoy it! If you do, be sure to tell your friends, leave a rating/comment on iTunes or Stitcher. We’d also love to have you on the email list where you’ll get updates on the show, future opportunities for live training sessions, and other goodies (like getting my 40 page memory book “Perfect Recall” for free).
Currently, if you sign up, I’ll send you a series of 10 emails explaining the 10 essential elements to an effective mind. These are things you can do to improve your mindset (which dictates the quality of your life!).
